Emergency Mustering
The Muster module manages emergency mustering procedures, tracking personnel location and status during drills and real emergencies. It provides live headcount and helps identify missing personnel.
Muster Points
Muster points are designated locations where personnel gather during emergencies:
- Configure muster points for sites or vessels
- Assign muster points to personnel
- Track personnel at each muster point
- Monitor muster point capacity
Initiating a Muster
- Access the Muster module
- Click "Start Muster" or "Begin Drill"
- Select the type (drill or emergency)
- Specify affected area or vessel
- Activate the muster
Live Headcount
During a muster, the system provides real-time tracking:
- Present: Personnel confirmed at muster points
- Missing: Personnel not yet accounted for
- Unaccounted: Personnel location unknown
- Total Expected: All personnel who should be present
Marking Personnel
Personnel can mark themselves at muster points using:
- Mobile device check-in
- RFID badge scanning
- Manual entry by muster coordinator
- Integration with site check-in systems
Completing a Muster
Once all personnel are accounted for:
- Verify all personnel are present or accounted for
- Document any missing personnel
- Record muster completion time
- Complete the muster record
- Generate muster report
