Platform Navigation
REACTOR has two places you will move between: the REACTOR app (where you do work) and the Help Center (where you read guides). This article explains both — enough to find pilot workflows without memorizing every module name.
Purpose
Good navigation saves time on site and in the office. You should know how to open SHARD, JADE, and PARTICLES modules, where admin tools live, and how to return to pilot documentation when you are unsure of the next step.
Who this is for
Anyone new to a pilot rollout who will use REACTOR more than once. Admins and field users use the same shell; admins additionally use Command Center areas described below.
What to do first
- After sign-in, open the sidebar and locate SHARD, JADE, and PARTICLES — your pilot cores.
- Visit the Dashboard once to see your landing view.
- Bookmark or note the Help Center homepage and the Pilot quick start links for your role.
- If you are a Tenant Admin, find Command Center in the admin area before provisioning users.
How this connects to pilot workflows
Pilot work happens in module areas; documentation explains the steps:
- SHARD — PTW, Observations, Incidents
- JADE — Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders
- PARTICLES — Elements, Units
- Command Center — users, org settings, and access control for admins
PRISM, AMBER, and NEUTRON may appear when enabled for your organization but are not part of the current pilot documentation set.
Common navigation paths
REACTOR app sidebar
- Modules grouped by core (SHARD, JADE, PARTICLES, and others your org enables)
- Expand or collapse sections; the current page is highlighted
- Top search (when available) jumps to features you have access to
Help Center
- Homepage — browse sections or toggle Show pilot documentation
- Left sidebar — same article taxonomy while you read
- Article links to REACTOR open the live app in a new context
Admin areas (role-dependent)
- Control Panel — Profile and personal settings (all users)
- Command Center — Users, Organization Settings, Access Control (Tenant Admins)
- Control Room — platform operator tools; not part of typical tenant day-to-day work
What to ask Cerb.works for help with
- Expected modules are missing from your sidebar after login
- You need Command Center but only see Control Panel
- Links from Help articles open REACTOR but show access denied
- Your organization context in the shell does not match your site
