Welcome to REACTOR
REACTOR is your organization's pilot workspace for safety operations, follow-up actions, and admin setup. If you are joining a pilot rollout, you do not need to learn the entire platform on day one — start with the workflows your team is actually using and grow from there.
Purpose
This article orients you before you open live modules. It explains what REACTOR is for in the pilot, where documentation lives, and how the Help Center connects to the tasks you will perform on site or in the office.
Who this is for
- New pilot users — field staff, supervisors, and office users logging in for the first time
- HSE and operations leads — who need a shared mental model of the pilot scope
- Org admins — who will also read admin setup guides after this orientation
What to do first
- Sign in and confirm you are in the correct organization (your name and org should match what your admin provisioned).
- Read Your First Steps for a short ordered checklist.
- Skim Platform Navigation so you know how to reach SHARD, PRISM, and admin areas.
- On the Help Center homepage, use Show pilot documentation or the Pilot quick start block to jump to your role's topics.
How this connects to pilot workflows
The pilot focuses on practical coordination in REACTOR — not every module or integration the platform can support long term. Core topics documented for the pilot include:
- PTW System — controlled work permits
- Observations — safety observations and triage
- Incidents — incident reporting and follow-up
- Action Tracker — cross-team actions and close-out
- User Management, Organization Settings, and Access Control — for org admins
Other cores and modules may appear in navigation but are outside the initial pilot scope unless your admin has enabled them. AMBER (analytics) and NEUTRON (planning tools) are not part of the current pilot documentation set.

What to ask Cerb.works for help with
- You cannot sign in or you land in the wrong organization
- A module you need for the pilot is missing from your sidebar
- PTW, observation, or incident workflows do not match how your site operates
- Your team needs additional pilot users provisioned or approver access adjusted
