Emergency Drills

The Drills module manages emergency drills including fire drills, evacuation drills, and other emergency response exercises. It helps schedule, execute, and track drill completion.

Creating a Drill

1. Navigate to the Drills module
2. Click "New Drill"
3. Enter drill information:
   • Drill name and type
   • Goal and objectives
   • Frequency requirements
   • Last execution date
   • Next scheduled date
4. Link to checklist template if available
5. Save the drill record

Drill Execution

When executing a drill:

• Mark the drill as executed
• Record execution date and results
• Complete the associated checklist
• Document observations and improvements
• Schedule next drill based on frequency

Drill Frequency

Drills can be scheduled based on frequency requirements (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). The system tracks when drills are due and sends reminders as needed.

Integration with Checklists

Drills can be linked to checklist templates to ensure consistent execution and documentation of drill procedures and outcomes.
